At the very last minute (literally the day before we moved) we chose to get out of our contract and hire Allison instead. She made time in her schedule to meet us in person last minute and everything after that was amazing. She staged our house, took amazing pictures and we got two full-price offers on the first day. (at a price higher than our old agent dropped it to) she handled everything we couldn’t since we had already left Florida, explained everything that felt like a foreign language, handled every issue we came across with the buyer’s lender, and continued to stay positive through the entire experience.
